Stuck For Time To Blog?
I’m finding it difficult to find the time to regularly come back to my blog to add new posts. A quick glance back over my “history” shows a couple of posts every seven or so days.
Now that doesn’t look good, but I just found out how to fix that, and STILL only do my postings once a week.
WordPress (the blogging platform I use) has a feature called “Post Timestamp” on the right hand side of the Write Posts screen. If I tick the Edit timestamp box, I can CHANGE the time to a date in the future.
And when I’ve finished writing the post, I just click the publish button, and WordPress takes over!
It will NOT publish the post until that day/time rolls around…
How cool is that?
In fact, this post and the previous post were both done on the 25th August, but I set up this cool feature to “publish” them on the 26th and 27th respectively.
So now I can concentrate on my projects without worrying about getting back here to add a new post for a few days.
Imagine if you had a series of PLR articles on different topics? You could set up a whole swag of posts that could cover you indefinitely…
Well that might be cheating, but you get the idea…
