					<description>Some good advice here. However I don't really unsubscribe from any of the guru's, I just redirect it to the "Internet Marketing" folder of my Gmail account and only peek inside that one if I have some time to kill. Many guru's just send boring emails full of hype without any advice.</description>

I've also got a "gurus" folder in my email client... and currently there are 145 unread messages in there! LOL

And that's AFTER I've spent the last few days unsubscribing from probably 30 odd lists... many of which I was receiving duplicate messages from (as a result of signing up for different offers).

It's hard hitting that unsubscribe button - you feel like you might "miss" something important... But look at the history of the messages received, and if it IS boring and full of hype, you know what to do :)</description>
