Fundamentals For Business OnLine

The more comments I read in blog posts, forums and on various survey results, the more I notice the same stuff being said by lots of people… and basically these comments all revolve around the same issue.

Despite the plethora of information available on the Internet, people new to marketing online still cannot find the relevant information they need to move past “Go” with any confidence of success.

Sure… there’s lots of “information” but the vast majority of it is either recycled MMR stuff that should have never been published in the first place, or stuff that is so far out of date or so totally inaccurate, that it should have been retired years ago!

For some time I’ve been wanting to put together a thorough, accurate resource for newbies to the online marketing scene, and have been closely investigating lots of existing products I could put together which would help me bring this goal to reality.

Unfortunately, a lot of the tutorial type information I’ve found is either incomplete, or totally wrong. Some has been created by people who have no clue about education (I should know having been a high school teacher for 16yrs and developing resources for sale to that market for most of that time).

It’s disappointing that the quality of so much of the available material is so poor, but I’m not going to let it delay me any longer from my task.

Instead… it’s time for the “softly, softly” launch - no razamattaz at the moment - of my new web site…

Where you’ll find out the basics you need to get your online biz up and running!

OK… it’s only very early days, so there are a few gaps, but if you get over there right now - perhaps sign up for the email alerts - you’ll get some good doses of highly relevant and never before published information delivered to you “hot off the presses” as I develop and fill out the content on the site!

The first thing you’ll notice is that the information is split into stuff that is useful for beginners, intermediate and advanced marketers. There’s also a “definitions” section so you can find out what all that strange terminology is really about… along with some hand-picked freebies, and quick tips that’ll be extremely useful to you!

So get on over there now, and you’ll ALSO get the opportunity to decide on the direction and the content if you provide me with feedback!

P.S. BTW… this site (the ‘Net Marketing Toolbox one) will remain as a “commentary” on various Internet Marketing issues… the new site is more geared to being a learning centre for anyone who wants to go online.

And before you say “Oh no… not another marketing site…” just have a more serious look at the information and help you’re currently being offered online and ask how useful it has been. If it HAS been useful, then please let me know about it… but chances are, you’ve been left in the dark quite often with the vast majority of sites out there (:
