I don't class myself as an 'expert' or anything but even I know that registering a domain etc comes AFTER your market research, or is that taken as having been done. (I think my yet to be published - and unlikely to be - blog comment may have had some effect) Apparently miscommunication was to blame - i.e. the "blog guy" didn't get told to update in time for the launch. However I still remain slightly disappointed... you know what they say about "first impressions"... well that's amplified when the promises made result in high expectations which aren't initially met. <B>Lesson to be learnt?</B> Check and test everything :) Update… some 12 hours later… the blog has a new skin and certainly looks a lot more professional, and more in line with what I would have expected from people of this calibre!
