Easily Create A WordPress Membership Site

posted in Software, Strategies |

It’s a quest I’ve been on for some time… to find something that can easily and affordably be used to help me build membership sites on top of my “favourite” CMS (that’s Content Management System) i.e. WordPress.

I’ve written a couple of posts earlier this year which describe a very cheap (but highly “technical” solution to this dilemma, as an alternative to using some high priced membership software which “plugs in” to WordPress. These detailed posts have already attracted quite a bit of attention, simply because it’s an area people are struggling with:

Well… the “solution” I have just discovered (literally - I really have NOT had time to test it out properly yet) is destined to attract an awful lot of attention! It really IS that good!

It’s EXACTLY what I’ve been looking for in a membership plugin for WordPress! and I’ll be plugging it into a membership site I’m working on right now!

Seriously, this solution has arrived at just the right time for me, and will make the delivery of my new members only content just so-o-o much easier!

WPWishList Member is a powerful membership script that can turn any WordPress blog into a full blown membership site with total content protection, sequential content delivery (I really love that feature) and easy member management!

And it is NOT going to blow my… ahem… “budget” (you can get a multi-site license for a lot less than those other membership softwares, or a single use license for less than a hundred bucks!)

Check out WPWishList Member today!

Let me know what you think, and if you get the plugin through my link, I’ll be very happy to plug your new membership site from this page :)

Cheers
Stephen

Seems an interesting script, but I have seen similar scripts at 50$ one site and 200$ multi site, so I think the price is a bit high. Does it work with IPN from Paypal ?

Would like to put a honest review on my site if you provide me a single site license to test it. Doesn’t cost to ask :-)

Unfortunately Dave I’m not the one to ask for a test drive :) However, there is a 30 day refund guarantee if the product does not suit your needs.

Re the other scripts… please tell us what they are. There is so much interest in this area, and very few good choices can easily be found.

    Thanks

    Hi Stephen,
Here’s a plugin that is pretty scaled down compared to wishlist but it seems useful in several ways.

I do like wishlist since it integrates with 1shoppingcart which I already use for a number of things. And this plugin is basically just out. I look forward to other future developments as more feedback comes in.

    Take care,
    Mark

    Hi Gavriel

I haven’t had a chance to put it through it’s paces yet! Getting the content ready for my new membership site is taking forever to get organised… mainly because I have a mountain of client work I have to keep on top of!
